Now you want to send a picture of your world out into the world. Become a Balloon Diplomat.

Easy. Just leave a message below and I’ll get in touch. I’ll bring the balloon and the gas and the camera. And have a brief chat. All you have to do is take a photo that somehow speaks of your world-picture, the way you see the world and the people in it, and send it off. That’s the Balloon part.

And here comes the Diplomat part. One of the main aspirations of this project is to find others and to engage in a sharing of world-pictures. So the proviso on sending off your picture is that if / when your photo reaches somebody else, you make yourself available to have a conversation about your and their world-pictures, and that this meeting be documented. It may be in their or your house – in a cafe, library, train station – or live as part of a series of public events / installations from time to time.

So, keep the project afloat. Become a Balloon Diplomat.
